This exhibition is open to amateur artists of all ages, within SO41, SO42 and BH25 postcodes. The theme for the Festival is Solstice and the entries must be linked to this theme. Each artist may submit one item.

Any techniques and materials may be used. The piece must be made up of 3 layers and the theme is Solstice. There are several categories.

By Design present their latest exhibition “Passage – Defined”.
A collection of 22 contemporary quilts presented in pairs,
based on different interpretations of the theme.

One of the artists will be available to answer any questions.

Exhibition at Moore Blatch, 48 High Street, Lymington

Sunday 13th June

Trudi, a local artist renowned for her murals and sculptures in public places will be
showcasing her latest sculptures. Last year, with the help of participants at the first Lymington Arts Festival, Trudi created “Salt Ball”, a sculpture made from rock salt and biodegradable materials, which was located on the Sea Wall.
